The way back to God is to acknowledge our need of a Savior and to accept Jesus Christ

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” —John 3:16

God’s love for us is not based upon our ability to come to Him on our own merits. It is based on our acceptance that Jesus Christ paid the price for our sins, and there is nothing more for us to do.

The way back to God is to acknowledge our need of a Savior and to accept what Jesus Christ did on our behalf. God saw us in our state of spiritual death, and through Jesus Christ provided a way back into relationship with Him.

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” —Romans 6:23

Salvation has been freely offered to everyone. Anyone who will acknowledge their need of a Savior and accept Jesus Christ as that Savior can be saved.

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” —Romans 10:13

You can be brought back to God, and your relationship with Him can be restored by trusting in Christ alone to save your life from destruction. This step happens by asking Jesus Christ to take away your sin and to come into your heart to be your Lord and Savior.

At this moment you can pray the most important prayer of your life by simply saying…

“God, I am a sinner in need of a Savior.I believe that Jesus Christ is your Son and He died for me on the cross and shed His blood for my salvation.I believe He rose from the dead and ascended on high. I believe He is coming back again to earth.Lord Jesus, forgive my sin, cleanse me now with Your precious blood.Come into my heart, save my soul right now, I give you my life.I will serve You and follow You the rest of my days. I belong to You, and I am born again.
Amen!

By praying this prayer, confessing your sins, and receiving Jesus Christ into your heart, God has given you the right to become His forgiven child. You can be at peace with God knowing you will live forever with Him.

If you have just received Jesus Christ into your life, the angels in heaven are rejoicing, so are we rejoicing with you!
